“King of the Kitchen” features Marcus Samuelsson’s journey from childhood kitchens in Sweden (via Ethiopia) to Bravo’s Top Chef Masters to revitalizing Harlem’s scene with Red Rooster, his sophisticated and soulful new restaurant on 125th Street. “Harlem, for me, is a character itself.
