(Black PR Wire) Miami, Fla. - Caring is sharing! Preparing children and families for going back to school just got a little easier, thanks to the Jessie Trice Community Health System (JTCHS). The agency will host a Back to School Health Fair on Saturday, August 17, 2019 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at its Main Health Center, located at 5361 NW 22nd Avenue in Miami, Florida.  During the event, children will receive free dental screenings and immunizations (with forms, PPD Administration Fee). There is a nominal fee of $15 for the physical exam.

“We host a Back to School Health Fair each year to provide an affordable way for parents to ensure that their children are healthy before school starts,” said Annie Neasman, RN, MS, president and CEO of JTCHS. “We look forward to providing this invaluable service and sharing vital health information with the community.”

Costs for the health services are as follows: the immunizations administration fee is $10, the PPD administration fee is $5, and there is a $5 fee for those who request a Health Immunization Record (Blue Form).  JTCHS insured patients are subject to insurance verification.
