(Black PR Wire) Get ready to throw on your flyest pair of denim and join the Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation at its 2nd Annual Blue Jean Affair. The event takes place on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreation Complex, located at 3000 NW 199th Street in Miami Gardens, Florida. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their best denim outfit to compete for a prize during the best denim outfit contest.
“We are so excited to host our second annual Blue Jean Affair,” says Honorable David Williams Jr., Councilmember for the City of Miami Gardens and Board Chair for the Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation. “We’re looking forward to raising funds to continue providing services to the underserved population.”
Recognized as one of South Florida’s trendy events, this year’s Blue Jean Affair is filled with fresh music, lively entertainment and great vibes. Plus, attendees will get the chance to bid on some of the hottest items during an auction. Singles, couples and groups are encouraged to sign up to strut your stuff on the runway and the dance floor. Party like it’s “1999” as we honor music legend Prince, and whole lot more! All your favorite jams of then and now will be played in grand style. Let’s turn up and have some fun. Tickets to the event are $75 per person and $125 per couple. Event tickets and sponsorship opportunities are available at https://www.blacktie-southflorida.com/calendar/event-details.cfm?id=13569.
