(BPRW) Ida Byrd-Hill and Lilia Vergara Speaking at TN SHRM to Unleash Your Inner CEO to Master AI Profits

“Culture the unseen bedrock that separates AI gold mines from AI money pits.”

(Black PR Wire) Nashville, TN --  A recent MIT report has stated 95% of generative AI pilots at companies are failing. Not surprising as Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a Cultural movement and not a tech revolution. While many believe AI is new shiny tool like the Internet was 30 years ago, it is not. It is a mindset of data learning from data. Employees must be taught to have this data-driven creative thinking mindset.

Since most corporate cultures are monolithic autocratic institutions where employees do with the boss says without much thought and input Corporate culture must be re-wired so AI becomes profitable.

Excerpts from Culture Re-Wired: Unleash Your Inner AI CEO explain, “Culture is the hush-hush code of conduct people follow when the boss is off “working remotely” (a.k.a. golfing). It decides whether folks raise their hands with wacky ideas or keep them glued to the keyboard in silent terror; whether bug reports are treated like science experiments or public executions; and whether mistakes become catapults for growth or catapults for — well — people.”

Employees need freedom to experiment creatively with AI without fear of losing their annual bonus or facing a layoff.

Ida Byrd-Hill, CEO and Lilia Vergara, VP of Human Resources, Dr. Bronner’s will discuss how they re-wired the corporate culture of Dr. Bronner’s during a Fireside Chat at the TN SHRM Conference in Nashville, TN  on 9/9/2025. They will answer questions on how to Unleash Your Inner CEO mindset utilizing AI to drive profitability and personal career growth.

Dr. Bronner’s, a 75-year family-owned natural soap brand, selling from the shelves of Better Health, Costco, Kroger, Publix, Target, Turnip Truck, Walmart and Whole Foods, has grown revenue 45% from $123 million in 2018 to $209 million in 2024 with an employee increase of 54%.

Lilia Vergara, VP of Human Resources, navigated Dr. Bronner’s through this wild growth, catapulting her career from HR Manager to Director and now VP , HR and Dr. Bronner’s Corporate Board of Director.

Lilia commissioned Ida Byrd-Hill, CEO Automation Workz and team, to conduct a Culture Audit, examining every department’s operation, to harness their 34 diverse employee cognitive thinking styles to increase revenue. The culture audit is a 7-phase process to collect data – numerical, behavior, emotional and cultural. It begins with compiling numerical data, followed by emotional and behavioral interviews, site visits. All of that information is analyzed by AI to compile a thorough report. The report is unveiled to executives and preferably middle managers setting the baseline for leadership coaching and development.

Ida and team compiled a 220-page data report and implemented AI (Artificial Intelligence) in 2021 that led to the Human Resources department growth of 400% and revenue growth to 45% in 3 short years.

Come learn how they eliminated the middle manager bottle neck and burnout by exposing the good, bad and ugly, thus freeing these managers the freedom to deliver a culture of creative experimentation to the front-lines.

Join Ida and Lilia as they detail how to Unleash Your Inner CEO to Master AI Profits.
