(Black PR Wire) Fort Lauderdale, FL - The Pace Center for Girls Broward, its board and staff are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for girls to build healthy relationships, plan for their future and overcome histories of trauma. The Pace Center provides girls with a variety of resources to best meet their development and social service needs. The center recently unveiled a revamped outdoor space including a quiet area where the girls can relax, reflect and recharge equipped with a solar light, bench for rest and reflection, along with a plaque engraved with an inspiring quote by Maya Angelou – sponsored by Florida Power & Light Company (FPL).

FPL is committed to powering strong communities, making them better places to live, work and raise a family. And part of that commitment includes supporting community champions, like the Pace Center for Girls Broward.
