(Black PR Wire) Atlanta, GA — From July 22-24, 2022, The Liberated Minds Black Homeschool and Education Virtual Expo is celebrating its 11th Anniversary featuring Haley Carolyn Taylor Schlitz, the youngest Black law school graduate ever, serving as another phenomenal example of the incredible power of homeschooling.
Taylor Schlitz had always been an excellent student who loved school until the fifth grade when she became less engaged after moving to a different public school district. Due to not being challenged and feeling as if she was denied greater educational opportunities due to her race, Taylor Schlitz's parents decided to choose homeschooling as an excellent option.
As a result, Taylor Schlitz graduated from high school at age 13, earned her undergraduate degree at 16, and then made world history by graduating from law school at only 19. Homeschooling gave Taylor Schlitz the advantage of focusing on her personal goals and interests, while moving at her natural learning pace, empowered by a tailor-made curriculum.
Taylor Schlitz is a perfect example of what the specialization of homeschooling can do with the correct support.
"I want to help families open their eyes to the opportunities that they don't even realize are there," Taylor Schlitz affirms.
This year she is sharing her full story at the 2022 11th Annual Liberated Minds Black Homeschool and Education Virtual Expo. Historically, Caucasians were at the forefront of taking advantage of homeschooling opportunities, and this year’s expo comes at an ideal time when Black and Non-Caucasian families are now leading the incline. We caught up with Queen Taese, founder of Liberated Minds, which has served over 75k families since its inception.
