(BPRW) Jewelers International Showcase Takes Miami Beach

Caribbean designers showcase fine jewelry pieces during largest showcase of the year

(Black PR Wire) From dazzling diamonds, colorful gems and rare finds, the JIS 2015 showcase had it all! Held from October 14 – 18, in Miami Beach, buyers and exhibitors convened together for one of the largest jewelry showcases of the year. With well over 1,200 exhibitors hailing from the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean, this month’s showcase received the largest turnout of the year!

During this month’s showcase, JIS also debuted the LUXURY Miami showroom which featured high-end and luxurious designs. This special showroom, which was “by invitation only” for the opening day, featured many of the finest designers, brands and manufacturers in the industry, which truly heighted the experience for JIS attendees.

One of the exceptional fine jewelry designers exhibiting this year at JIS was the Caribbean inspired collection, Island Trinkets. The Jamaica-based contemporary jewelry collection consists of hundreds of unique pieces that will compliment one’s unique style, in addition to spurring reminiscing thoughts about the Caribbean! From beads, necklaces, pendants and so much more, Island Trinkets was a true eye-catcher for its trendy, chic and affordable pieces.

The Jewelers International Showcase (JIS) Miami was founded in 1979 to supply the jewelry trade markets of Latin America, the Caribbean, Florida and the southeastern United States with product in advance of the busiest buying times of the year. JIS Miami takes place three times a year – January, April and October – in the beautiful Art Deco district of Miami Beach, Florida. The October show is the second-largest jewelry trade event in the Western Hemisphere, with more than 1,250 booths from around the world offering high-quality merchandise at all price points. All JIS Miami shows are produced by Reed Exhibitions, the world’s leading event organizer with more than 500 events in 43 countries. For additional information on JIS, visit jisshow.com.
