(BPRW) Jessie Trice Community Health Center's Dr. Denord Selected for Baldrige Executive Fellows Program

(Black PR Wire) Dr. Luckner C. Denord, Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Jessie Trice Community Health Center, is one of 18 executives recently selected to the prestigious Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. This program is the only executive leadership fellowship that provides one-on-one access to leaders of Baldrige Award recipient organizations and the opportunity to learn role-model leadership strategies from these high-performing executives.

“I am honored to have been selected to be a part of the very prestigious Baldrige Executive Fellows Program,” says Dr. Denord. I’m eager to share knowledge that I will gain, as well as implement new leadership strategies learned from this program. “

During the program, Dr. Denord, along with other Fellows, will use the Baldrige Excellence Framework as the foundation as they study how world-class organizations and their senior leaders achieve strategic and operational excellence and stimulate innovation. Dr. Denord will also have the opportunity to tour the sites of Baldrige Award recipients, engage with CEOs of Baldrige Award-winning organizations and other executives, national leadership award winners, and Baldrige Executive Fellow alumni.

The Baldrige Executive Fellows Program is a one-year, nationally ranked leadership development experience for direct reports to the most senior leader in the organization or business unit leaders. The program prepares this elite group of rising senior executives for impactful leadership and helps them emerge with a broader perspective on how to achieve performance excellence for their own organizations, stimulate innovation, and build the knowledge and capabilities necessary for organizational sustainability
