(Black PR Wire) MIAMI GARDENS -- The Diaspora Arts Coalition (DAC), and the Honorable David Williams Jr., City of Miami Gardens Councilman, Seat 5,  are proud to present "KWANZAA IN THE GARDENS!" Join in the celebrtion of music, dance, song, fanfare and much more.
