(Black PR Wire) DETROIT – January 27, 2018 – Hamilton Anderson Associates (HAA), an award winning, multi-disciplinary Detroit-based design firm, announces the promotion of Carl Bolofer, NOMA to Creative Lead and Amy Baker, RA, LEED AP, CSI, CDT to Lead Technical Architect. The promotions are a result of the implementation of a broader strategic plan developed to bolster the growth of the firm. “We are fortunate to be able to look within our existing talent base when making critical growth decisions for the firm,” said Rainy Hamilton, Jr., Principal. “With our immense growth and opportunities, now is the perfect time to better organize to make our projects better and ourselves better.”

As Creative Lead, Carl Bolofer will work alongside HAA Director of Design, Mark Farlow, in strengthening HAA’s design goals, vision, brand, culture, and core design values. In this role, Bolofer will focus on the overall design process for the firm, including its use of technology, design messaging, graphics and marketing. The role is a collaborative one that will have influence across all cross-functional teams. Carl has spent the last 10 years developing and growing his talents at HAA, most recently as Sr. Designer. “I am eager to begin my new role as Creative Lead to further develop the design DNA within HAA, my home for the past 10 years,” said Bolofer.

As Lead Technical Architect, Amy Baker will oversee the technical quality of designs, documentation and built work.  Amy’s passion for bringing architectural designs to life through quality documentation and participation in the construction process is well suited to the needs of this growth-oriented firm. “I’m looking forward to supporting the architectural staff in managing our technical standards to ensure that HAA is delivering high quality documentation that is on pace with the latest advancements in building science, materials, and the construction industry, “said Baker.
