Denise Kaigler

Denise Kaigler is the ultimate communicator, with a resume filled with more than 16 years of journalism and public relations experience. She started as a journalist for television stations in Columbus , Georgia and Boston , Massachusetts and has since climbed the corporate ladder to senior vice president and chief communications officer of the footwear and apparel giant, Reebok International Ltd.

Kaigler is recognized as a pioneer in the communications field. Since 1991, she has served in numerous positions at the footwear and apparel company with one goal in mind- working to further Reebok's communications outreach. She began her career as a media relations specialist and has since worked as media relations manager, director of global public relations, senior director of corporate communications and vice president of global communications and talent relations. Within her various roles at the company, she has been tasked with creating a worldwide communications strategy to further the Reebok brand, vision, attitude and mission.

Recently, Kaigler spearheaded the grand opening of Reebok's store and showroom in Los Angeles , which attracted the likes of California State Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and other A-list celebrities.

Kaigler is an active participant in several professional organizations, such as the Arthur W. Page Society and the PR Seminar. She also serves as the honorary co-chair of the 2004 Billion $$$ Marketing Cruise for MOBE (Marketing Opportunities in Business and Entertainment), a professional organization dedicated to supporting the advancement of African American businesses. In 2004, Kaigler was honored as one of the 25 Most Influential Black Women in Business by the Network Journal Magazine.

Kaigler credits her support to her mother, her husband, and Reebok's chairman, Paul Fireman. She currently lives in Massachusetts with her husband, Joseph, and their two children.
